How do I return or exchange an item?
If you live in the continental US you can return your item using the preprinted SmartLabel™ on the front of your invoice. Simply slap the label on and drop your package anywhere that US Postal Service mail is collected. When you use the SmartLabel™ for returns or exchanges, the following amounts will be deducted from your refund:
$7.50 for return of 1 - 2 items
$9.00 for return of 3 or more items

Please include a note explaining the problem.If you would like an exchange,
first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s), then when we
ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. Your credit card billing statement
stays clean and clear. We'll never charge additional shipping for any new items
sent out as an exchange. Yes, really.
If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If you'd
prefer a refund we can do that too. It's that simple.
